The team at Christophers do our very best to ensure that we are always thinking of our members & Becky recently came up with the idea of a free personal training session for all prospective & existing members.

They are keen to show you the difference that they can make to your squash, fitness, wellness and life.

  • Open to all members – Existing & Prospective
  • One free session per person – booked at reception
  • A promise that we will make your session fun, hard-work & relevant to your needs.

Call us, email us, or just ask at reception from Friday 15th May and start to improve YOU.
