An extensive range of classes is available all week, with sessions to suit all ages and levels of fitness.
We cater for the very young with 10 daytime classes for the 3-16 year age group, including popular dance classes like Ballet, Tap and Street Jazz. At the other end of the age spectrum we cater for the older age group with a range of classes for the less mobile with an emphasis on flexibility, toning and strengthening for all round fitness.
In addition to these we of course have classes sutable for all levels of fitness such as high energy Circuit Training, Pilates, Martial Arts and various Aerobics sessions. We aim to offer something for everyone.
